Dear Hiring Manager, I’m applying for the customer support position available and be part of your company, I’m really excited about this opportunity.
I would like to point out that have I many skills that are required for many positions, for example, I’ve been building computers since I graduated from high school and love doing it.
I also worked in project as tech support for BAC CREDOMATIC, a bank here in Honduras, where we had to migrate all Windows XP pcs, nationwide, to Windows 7. Learned a lot more with that experience and enjoyed every minute. I had pleasure to be sent outside my city to help other coworkers that had problems with the migration process, and teach them how the process was done. It goes without saying that they were behind schedule and the end date was on to us, so I helped them pick up the pace and deliver on time.
Also, I have experience on call centers, my numbers were really good as a Customer Service Agent, sadly, the American company that we represented went broke. I would like to point out my time as a Medical Interpreter was very fulfilling and I had the pleasure to help many people. I also have sales experience with Comcast as a retention agent on which I managed to be top performer. At the moment I’m working with Windstream as a Costumer Service representative and with retention functions.
