I need a freelancer who can design and develop a game for kids, similar to Dumb Ways to Die ([login to view URL]). There will be 3 main characters with specific attributes and strengths. I will provide the artwork for these 3. Upon achieving certain milestones, the user will be given discount codes or coupons that can be redeemed on my website or in-store. When you bid, please share your experience with similar games like this, and an accurate estimation of the timeline. The freelancer will be selected based on past similar work, your familiarity and clarity on the process, and budget. More details will be provided to the short listed freelancer.

Hi, we have read all the requirements and we are very confident to do this project from start till end. We definitely have some questions when we discuss project with you. Due to the change of bid system at freelancer.com, they ask freelancer to submit the project proposal at the time of bid. But it is not the right way, initially we can go through the requirements but we definitely need to spend time to write the proposal.
