Kids Money/Budgeting Spreadsheet Style Program(repost)

I need an easy to use spreadsheet style program, which can easily be used by kids from the age of 5 years & up to record their money - income, expenditure etc. **Requirements**: Monthly & Yearly budgeting charts, including formulas in designated cells. Some of the formulas in the cells will need to be able to be overwritten if required (monthly chart only). Yearly budgeting chart will update automatically from monthly chart. Must have a fun, colorful appearance, including some clip art (like ABC'c, balls, books, toys etc.) - I have already created a chart, that is similar to what I would like the program to look like (see attached files). Program will need one extra column (Totals) than is currently on charts. Also require loan calculator (as part of program) which enables different variables to be entered - interest rate, amount of loan, period of loan - and shows the weekly repayments & total amount to be paid over the life of the loan. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP & NT
