Softwear Protection system

Ok what I'm currently looking for is a tool that will do the following. This tool will be ran client side/server side. I currently have a game server the tool i need will need to run a exe then a ip to tell the exe were to connect to. The tool need to do a check to make sure some programs are not running. Programs as in T-search Olly dbg any other Uce tools. This needs to make sure that no game editing programs are running. Also would like it to connect to server side sending packets or something so that if a person tries to freeze the processes it will Dc the game client. also if it detects any of the tools running it will dc the client. In Brife Must connect to [login to view URL] then ip{some encryption needed} Must stay running as long as the client is running. Must Dc client if UCE tool is detected. Must Dc the client if frozen client side. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
