CRM Modifications on V Tiger and to complete multiple ad-dons. -- 3

Description Description 1. This is a Vtiger open source basic PHP software that is currently up and running. Please. If you do not have a validated 5 years of experience in V tiger, please do not apply. I'd like to have someone fully experienced to finish some software updates for my own work that I have completed on the front end. We need to change some contact fields and then put back up and have it run. I have been currently making some front end changes myself and need more work on the back end with PHP. 2. After step one is complete, we will need to have someone work on any errors and maintain the site repairs if needed. This will be an ongoing contract. 3. After any and all errors have been corrected, I'd like to integrate some other software such as Quickbooks, Shopping Mall, Auction, Leads - Opportunities, Bids - Tenders etc... and selling tools for construction and the contractors' services. 4. This will be a very dynamic site and hope that I can handle any inquiries that I'm already receiving now. 5. I would like to integrate with Facebook, Kijiji, Instagram and other media formats for marketing campaigns. 6. I would like a separate web site similar to the [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and or [login to view URL] web sites. 7. I am also looking to set up an additional site called Contractor Dispatch which will provide several necessary home services for repairs of appliances in their home. 8. This project will be to build a new web site for [login to view URL] This is not included in this price but will be posted very soon. 9. The payment structure will be as follows: a) First payment draw will be due 7 days following 25% of the agreed project cost or upon module each completions. b) Second payment draw will be 7 days following 50% of the agreed project cost or upon module each completions. . c) Third payment draw will be 7 days following 75% of agreed project cost or upon module each completions. d) Fourth / Last draw will be drdS1st. Mth. Payment is due upon completion Up to 90% minimum project cost or upon module each completions. e) Final 10% will be paid upon the total project completion with all items 100% complete and within 30 days following all approvals. Please note: These financial arrangements may be changed prior to the startup or if special required arrangement need to be made. Additionally, in the event that a smaller project amount is agreed to, the same funding arrangements will apply only to a smaller or larger amount of the original pricing estimate/ quotation/ tender. I am looking for a long and economical relationship with someone who really cares about doing a good job.
