I would like to hire a Sharepoint Developer

I need an internal website with the following features to be developed on Sharepoint. Use of Yammer and the new communication site features rolling out soon would be preferred. The site is a blog style reporting system where all of the users must report 2 times per month. The posts should go to a news stream and have social capabilities (likes, comments, etc). I need an estimate of hours needed to complete each section below: Blog • 6 fields • Categories • Tags • Photo upload Reporting • Number of posts per user per time period • Cumulative list of users that have met the deadline for submission • Cumulative annual percentage and number of posts submitted by individual, month, year • Post totals by category (to be used for trending) • Ability for users to view personal report totals Automated Notification • To user who has not completed requirement of 2 posts per month by 15th of month • Summary to manager(s) of previous month totals and to-date totals/% complete prior to 15th of month Dashboard • Reporting totals (posts totals monthly, yearly, progress to-date, categories, etc) fed automatically to graphical displays • External feeds/sources: ⁃ Local weather including weather maps and forecast for all office locations ⁃ Local traffic from Houston Transtar ⁃ Web cams near offices (if publicly available) ⁃ Safety related external site feeds (e.g. OSHA, Harris County Office of Emergency Management (OEM), Harris County Alerts, Industry organizations, National Safety Council, etc) Administrative/Performance • Administrative privileges for select functions ⁃ Reporting across all users ⁃ Editing categories ⁃ Editing external feeds ⁃ Add/Removal of employees ⁃ Any maintenance functions • Users should be able to easily edit their own posts after entry • Automatic updates to reports to incorporate added or removed users. Data from removed users should remain. (May need to explain more) • Preferred – Single sign-on with user’s company domain login
