French Speaking Individual Needed Who Can Contact Customers.

Hi There We require a freelancer who can speak french, we require you to call customers (approximately 30 in total). We will be providing you a rough script on what to say in english and you will translate and speak in french. These customers have left us negative feedback reviews, so we are basically going to call them to resolve any problems and remove the negative review. We will also provide a spreadsheet with order information, their comments, name and telephone number. You will contact the customer, read from your script and improvise where necessary in making the customer remove the negative feedback.
