Firstly, I have polished my english and social skills throughout my customer support jobs, so I believe I can at least fulfill the minimal technical requirements for this one. Second, because of the time difference between my country and Australia, I would have no problem whatsoever with working in the aforementioned time period. Finally, Chile's minimal wage is at 3-4 AUD, so even the minimum of what you are offering is pretty good salary for me.
