Unity or WebGL Developer for creating a WebGL-3D-tool (like Planner5D) for interior design

We need to develope the MVP of our interior-design-website, with an integration of a 3D-tool for adding, moving, removing and duplicating furniture in a scene, also changing the color & texture of the wall/ground and also repositioning the walls and windows and doors. The tool would be something like Ikea-Kitchen planner or Planner5D but with a better rendering quality (unity quality is sufficient). The customer or designer can then save the design, and the design would be uploaded to the website. There is also another function important in the tool, that the designer of the room should be able to anchor the furniture to points of the room (ca. 9 points), so that the design would adjust to different room sizes automatically.
