I have worked as a Student Governance Support Officer for the past two years in Student Governance Directorate, and 10 years’ experience as an Administration Officer prior to that. I am aware of the duties and responsibilities involved with this job. I believe that I have the necessary qualifications; experience and skills to fulfil the duties of a Site Administrator. I possess a Certificate III in Administration as well as having extensive experience in administration in a range of roles. Within my work I have been responsible for engaging with customers in many scenarios and have always done this in a professional and appropriate manner. I believe that I have effectively demonstrated good oral, written, interpersonal communication skills to achieve positive outcomes no matter what the situation. I have the ability to engage sensitively with customers while being non-judgemental. I demonstrate proficiencies in telephone, call centre, e-mail, fax and front-desk reception within high-volume environment & I have the ability to help stakeholders effectively by identifying needs, quickly gaining trust, approaching complex situations and resolving problems to maximize efficiency. I also have experience with a high level of administrative tasks which has include the entire Microsoft packages, including email, calendar and scheduling. I have the ability to work within and develop processes etc. to facilitate streamlining and smooth running of the office.
